The IRP is a comprehensive approach to water resource management within the Swamp-Scioto subwatershed.  The plan considers a broad range of water resource issues, including water supply, resource protection, water quality, stormwater and sewage facilities planning, and related areas such as land use and economic impacts.  It is not just a study to determine if there is enough groundwater available to supply future development, as in-stream fish habitat, recreation needs, and other issues not related to public water supply are included.  Contact Drew Shaw at 610.278.3733 for further information on this plan.
