Upper Perkiomen Valley Regional Comprehensive Plan
The Upper Perkiomen Valley Regional Comprehensive Plan was the first regional plan to be adopted in Montgomery County and one of the first in Pennsylvania. This multi-municipal planning effort includes the Boroughs of East Greenville, Green Lane, Pennsburg, and Red Hill and Marlborough and Upper Hanover Townships.It is the intent of this plan to ensure smarter growth in the region and better management of future development while retaining the unique historical, cultural, and natural amenities of the valley.
